At Greeny Organics, we are committed to providing high-quality African groceries at great prices. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you under the following terms:
General Return Guidelines
Returns must be made within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of Purchase is required for all returns or refunds. Perishable goods such as fresh produce, meats, and dairy are non-returnable unless spoiled or damaged at purchase.
In-Store Shopping Returns
Items may be returned directly to the store within 7 days with proof of purchase, and approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit. Non-Returnable Items include perishable goods, opened items, items without proof of purchase, and clearance items. Eligible items must be returned to the store before a refund can be issued.
Curbside Pickup Returns
Please inspect your order at the time of pickup. Report any issues (missing, incorrect, or damaged items) within 24 hours. Eligible non-perishable items can be brought back to the store with proof of purchase. Eligible items must be returned to the store before a refund can be issued.
Delivery Orders
Customers must report any issues (e.g., damaged or incorrect items) within 24 hours of delivery, including photos where applicable. Refunds or store credit may be issued for verified claims involving missing or spoiled items. Eligible items must be returned to the store before a refund can be issued.
Apartment Delivery Policy
For security and safety reasons, our drivers do not enter apartment buildings. Customers must meet drivers at the main entrance or curbside at the time of delivery. Failure to meet the driver may result in a redelivery fee or order cancellation without delivery fee refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 days. Store credit may be offered when appropriate. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
