Refund and Returns Policy

At Greeny Organics, we want every customer to have a positive shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re happy to review it with you. Please review the guidelines below.

Return Window

Returns must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened
  • Unused
  • In their original packaging
  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items purchased in store must be returned to the store within the 7-day window.

Non-Returnable Items

For food safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (fresh produce, frozen meat, fish, and dairy)
  • Opened or used items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Games
  • Items without proof of purchase

If a perishable item was spoiled or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the issue.

Inspecting Your Items

We encourage customers to carefully inspect items before purchasing. If there is an issue with any product, please report it within 24 hours of purchase or delivery.

This policy applies to both in-store purchases and online orders.

Refund Processing

All returned items must be inspected and approved before a refund can be issued.

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days
  • Processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or as store credit

Please note that banks and credit card providers may take additional time to complete the refund on their end.

For cash or e-transfer payments, refunds will be processed within 1 business day after approval.

Apartment Delivery Policy

For safety and security reasons, our drivers do not enter apartment buildings.

Customers must meet the driver at the main entrance or curbside at the scheduled delivery time.

If the driver is unable to reach you:

  • A redelivery fee may apply, or
  • The order may be cancelled without refund of the delivery fee

We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us keep deliveries efficient and safe.

Online Orders

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery.

When reporting an issue, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item (when applicable)

Refunds or store credit may be issued for verified claims involving missing, damaged, or spoiled items. In some cases, eligible items may need to be returned to the store for inspection before a refund can be processed.
