1. Store Services
We offer:
- In-store pickup (by appointment).
- Local delivery after store hours.
- Online browsing via our website and WhatsApp catalog.
2. Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before delivery.
Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or stock unavailability.
3. Delivery & Pickup
Customers must be available at the scheduled time and location.
Drivers do not enter apartment buildings. Meetups are at the curbside.
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless due to our error.
4. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 7 days with proof of purchase.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
Perishable items (e.g., produce, dairy, fresh meat) are non-returnable unless damaged or spoiled on arrival.
Issues must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
Refunds may be issued as store credit or original payment method.
We dispose of returned non-perishables and do not restock them.
5. Pricing & Promotions
All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Promotions and discount codes may have restrictions or expiration dates.
We do not offer price matching.
6. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who:
- Abuses staff or delivery personnel.
- Repeatedly misses pickup/delivery appointments.
- Attempts to switch prices or dispute clearly labeled products.
7. Intellectual Property
All content (logos, product images, copy) is the property of Greeny Organics. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Allergic reactions to food items. (Please read labels and inquire about ingredients.)
- Delays due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
